By accessing or using the CloudClaw platform ("Service"), operated by CloudClaw ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
CloudClaw provides a cloud-hosted AI assistant deployment platform. We deploy and manage server instances that run AI automation tools on your behalf, including but not limited to messaging integrations, browser automation, and research capabilities.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
To access the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. All payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless cancelled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.

The Service, including its design, code, logos, and content, is the property of CloudClaw and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose during your subscription.
You retain ownership of any data or content you provide to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service to you. We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Slack, Discord, Gmail). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service. Instance setup times may vary and are estimates only.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CLOUDCLAW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CloudClaw, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, upon notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including sections on liability, indemnification, and governing law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. For users in the European Union, nothing in these Terms affects your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law. EU consumers may bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence.
If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason, unless you have expressly consented to the Service beginning before the withdrawal period ends. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
